New Delhi: Actor Ram Kapoor has reached out to Shah Rukh Khan for help. In a recent Instagram post, Ram Kapoor revealed that his wife, Gautami Kapoor, watched the blockbuster film “Jawan” and now believes she has become “Jawan” herself. He shared a video of Gautami Kapoor dancing to the song “Not Ramaiya Vastavaiya” and jokingly asked Shah Rukh Khan to save him from his energetic wife. Gautami Kapoor also joined in the fun, commenting, “Ramaya he vasta vasta vaiya ho!!!!! Jawan it is … sorry I am.”
Gautami Kapoor also shared a video from her movie night on Instagram Stories, writing, “And finally we do it!!! Priya… Jawan it is.”
On the work front, Ram Kapoor was last seen in the crime thriller film “Neeyat” directed by Anu Menon, which also starred Vidya Balan, Rahul Bose, Neeraj Kabi, Shashank Arora, Shahana Goswami, and Prajakta Koli. The film was released on July 7. In his review for NDTV, Saibal Chatterjee praised the fast-paced narrative of “Neeyat” and the intricate plot surrounding the death of a tycoon.
In other news, on day 36, the film “Jawan” earned Rs 0.80 crore at the domestic box office in all languages, bringing its total business to ₹ 627.42 crore. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi, with a special appearance by Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan’s co-star in the upcoming film “Pathaan.”
