Celeb couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were spotted at the Indian Super League match in Mumbai on Sunday. They were joined by Nita Ambani and International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach. Alia and Ranbir were greeted by Nita Ambani, who is the Chairperson of Football Sports Development Limited. Ranbir, who is the co-owner of the Mumbai City FC team, attended the match to support his team. He wore a black jersey with his initials and paired it with cargo-style pants and a black cap. Alia was seen wearing a blue jersey. The couple entered the stadium holding hands and posed for the cameras. They also took pictures with Nita Ambani and Thomas Bach.
Last month, Alia Bhatt attended the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at the Ambani residence with her Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji. Ranbir, however, did not attend the event. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are often seen together at sporting events. They were spotted at the US Open Tennis Championships in New York last month.
The couple also posed with fans at the games, both twinning in black outfits.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt is currently working on the action film Jigra, in which she is also producing. She will also star in the period drama Baiju Bawra alongside Ranveer Singh. Ranbir Kapoor is preparing for his upcoming film Animal, which also stars Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna. Animal is set to release in theaters on December 1.
