External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar stated that the India-US relationship is boundless, with both countries now considering each other as ideal and comfortable partners. Speaking at an Indian community event in Washington DC, Jaishankar mentioned that the partnership has surpassed expectations and has no defined limit. He emphasized the need for India and the United States to collaborate, stating that it is in Washington’s interest to have partners who speak highly of America. Jaishankar also expressed confidence that bilateral ties between the two nations will continue to grow, comparing it to India’s successful Chandrayaan lunar mission. He praised the United States for its support during India’s hosting of the G20 summit and requested the Indian-American community to continue supporting the partnership. Jaishankar concluded by stating that India and the US see each other as desirable and optimal partners, laying the groundwork for a promising future.
